    1.\u2060 \u2060Scope<\/h2>

    These General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services provided by B\u00e4rtschi K\u00e4lte GmbH, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>

    2.\u2060 \u2060Conclusion of the Contract<\/h2>

    The contract is concluded upon written confirmation of the order by B\u00e4rtschi K\u00e4lte GmbH. Offers are subject to change.<\/p>

    3.\u2060 \u2060Prices and Payment<\/h2>

    The prices listed are net prices, plus applicable value-added tax. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due without any deductions within 14 days of the invoice date.<\/p>

    4.\u2060 \u2060Delivery<\/h2>

    Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly agreed upon as binding. Partial deliveries are permitted. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery of the goods.<\/p>

    5.\u2060 \u2060Retention of Title<\/h2>

    The delivered goods remain the property of B\u00e4rtschi K\u00e4lte GmbH until full payment has been made.<\/p>

    6.\u2060 \u2060Warranty<\/h2>

    The warranty is governed by statutory provisions. The buyer is required to inspect the goods for defects immediately upon receipt and to notify us in writing of any defects within 7 days.<\/p>

    7.\u2060 \u2060Liability<\/h2>

    B\u00e4rtschi K\u00e4lte GmbH's liability is limited to cases of willful misconduct and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, B\u00e4rtschi K\u00e4lte GmbH is liable only for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.<\/p>

    8.\u2060 \u2060Final Provisions<\/h2>

    Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.
