That depends on the size, the outside temperature, and the operating time—but our systems are particularly energy-efficient and optimized for low energy consumption. The ratio of power consumption to cooling capacity is excellent.
Is supervision required while using the facility?
No—the conveyors are automated and professionally maintained by Bärtschi Kälte. A brief training session is usually sufficient. We also offer optional technical support to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

What happens when it thaws or rains?

The system has been technically inspected, is free of hazardous refrigerants, and is equipped with safety devices.
What happens after a rental train has been used?
Once the rental period has ended, we’ll take care of dismantling and hauling away the equipment upon request—quickly, cleanly, and reliably.
